Returns and Refund Policy
The PostureMedic has the industry standard 3 months free replacement including all shipping and handling costs.
The Posture Medic also includes coverage in months 4 through 24. If your PostureMedic becomes non-functioning in this period it will be replaced free of charge. Only a shipping and handling charge of $12.95 will apply.
All warranty claims need to be directed to customercare@theposturemedic.com.
All purchase refunds need to be conducted at the point of purchase.
